Q.: How long a project of construction should take?

A: A standard one storey addition of 20’x 16’ will take about 6 weeks, three weeks outside three weeks inside.

Q: Will the price of the construction project stay as per contract?  Or should we expect some surprises down the road?

A: As it says on our Website: We guaranty our price along the project as written in the contract.

Q: Do we have to leave our home while construction?

A: We work in a system where you can stay home while we work on your project without interference.

Q: Do we need a building permit?  Who takes care of it?

A: Yes you need a building permit and we take care of all the legal, architectural, zoning procedures as needed.
